1. Keep it clean
Before connecting the gas-liquid booster cylinder to the gas path, please remove the dust and other debris in the pipeline and components first, so as not to reduce the service life of the booster cylinder.
2. Use within normal pressure range
When the cylinder is in normal use, the working air pressure must work within the working pressure range specified in the inspection report, and must not exceed the specified working pressure.
3. Pay attention to the working environment of the booster cylinder
The temperature of the cylinder in the working environment of the cylinder has been determined. If the working environment needs to be changed due to work, it is necessary to contact the relevant personnel of the booster cylinder technology.
Since some of the components in the cylinder are made of iron, please do not use them in an environment with a complicated environment (such as a chemical contact environment). Also, install an effective air handling component at the front end of the cylinder ( Three-point combination) Lubrication and drainage treatment when connected.
4. Do not tamper with other hydraulic oil
The hydraulic oil selected for the booster cylinder is VG68# anti-wear hydraulic oil. It is irrevocably and self-changing to other liquid media (such as oil, water, etc.).
5. Be sure to follow the program
The action program must be operated according to the action program of the pneumatic circuit assembly diagram, that is, the pre-pressure action-supercharged action pressure release pressure-preload reset
6. Pay attention to maintenance, often check the operation of the booster cylinder
In order to avoid damage to your mold or workpiece caused by excessive pressure of the cylinder during pressurization, please install a pressure reducing valve at the inlet of the booster section to effectively protect your product.
In order to ensure the stability of the working of the booster cylinder, it is recommended to install an air reservoir in parallel between the triplex and the booster cylinder as much as possible.
When using a booster cylinder of more than 50000 times or more than half a year, it is recommended to replace all the hydraulic oil in the cylinder to improve the service life and working life of the cylinder.
